Today's game was a much better game than the score would indicate. It really was a crazy game with lots of great defensive plays on both sides. Both teams were putting the ball in play, and it's crazy to think that all 12 runs were scored via the long ball! I don't think I've ever been a part of a game that The big difference maker was that their long balls all game with runners on, and ours were all solo shots.

Pennsbury is a good team with a storied history, and I'm proud of the way our girls battled all the way until the last out. Although we didn't want to head into the playoffs coming off of a loss, I think the girls' fortitude today shows that they are ready to get back on the horse and do their thing next week.
