Paige DeCew picked up the win in the circle for the Lady Rams as they came back from a 5-2 deficit to win 7-5. DeCew gave up 7 hits in the first 4 innings as the Indians jumped out to a 5-2 lead; however, she would settle in and hold the host Indians hitless in the final 3 innings. That pitching battle set the stage for the Lady Rams comeback in the top of the 7th. Trailing 2-5, Emily Mayhew(3 for 5, 1 RBI) lead off with a single to left. Lisa Bahmueller got her first hit of the game. Both moved to 3rd and 2nd on a pass ball. Then Emily Hofmann(2 for 4, 3 RBI) laced a line drive to right center driving in two runs. Brooke Labs then picked up her 2nd walk of the game. Haley Taylor(2 for 3, 2 RBI, 2 doubles) doubled down the right field line, scoring Hofmann and tying the score at 5-5 with no outs. Then with one out and runners at 2nd and third, DeCew got her first hit of the game to plate Labs. Taylor then stole home on a wiild pitch and the Lady Rams led 7-5. The Indians got a runner on in the bottom of the 7th on an error. Allebach then bunted but was thrown out at first by Labs with Taylor covering. DeCew then recorded a strike out of Sarah Derstine, and then caught a pop up to end the game.
