It was a great way to start off the season today! Our seniors Rylee McDade, Chloe Kramer and Gabrielle Wiley all lead the way with key hits at the right time to spark the offense. Devyn Kniese contributed with a beautiful three run home run. Gabrielle Wiley had a beautiful hit to give us the go ahead runs to end the game. We did a lot of little things right today that helped us be successful. Freshman Eowyn Stainback made her freshman debut on the mound today and did a great job only allowing one run. And finishing the game for the Bears was Lea Rizzo who didn’t let up any runs. Myself and the coaching staff were very happy with this young team today and are looking forward to seeing them grow as a team.
