Well is took 5 innings, but the Lady Rams erupted for 9 runs in the top of the sixth to push themselves to an eventual 11-0 shut out victory over host Upper Moreland Bears. The Rams brought 13 hitters to the plate in the 6th to break the 0-0 deadlock. The biggest shot of the inning came two outs, the Rams leading 3-0, bases loaded, Natalie Babik stepped to the plate and ripped an 0-2 pitch over the leftfielders head for a stand up double, clearing the bases and putting the Rams up 6-0. Babik as 2 for 3, 3 RBI, single, double, BB, and hit by a pitch, and a stolen base. Emily Mayhew pitched the first 4 innings, scattering two hits and 6 Ks. Mayhew was also 3 for 4 at the plate with 2 RBI. Paige DeCew came in in the 5th to finnish the game for Pennridge, also scattering 2 hits and striking out 6. DeCew was the winning pitcher.
