Wissahickon Boys swimming had an outstanding meet against Cheltenham yesterday, 12/21. Excellent performances by the entire team. The meet was filled with numerous personal bests, and was an important motivator before the winter break training. The Trojans did win 105-52.

Standout swims by Chris Chido Ortiz who broke a Pool record in the 50 freestyle from '07 alumni Rich Ryan of 22.07. Chris swam a 22.05, which set the tone for the remainder of the meet. His time was extremely impressive for this early in the season. Junior Greg Beyer was 1/10th of a second from qualifying for districts in the 100 Freestyle with a time of 52.13.
