Council Rock North defeated Neshaminy Thursday by the score of 3-2 (25-17, 23-25, 20-25. 25-20, 21-19).

Council Rock North and Neshaminy engaged in what could only be described as a 2 hour 10 minute tug of war Thursday. Splitting the first 4 sets was only a prelude to a captivating 5th set. The score was knotted at 12 all and from there no more than 1 point separated these teams until the final point was scored.

Neshaminy is so well coached. Their setter always puts a hittable ball and their libero must have had 40 digs. Their offense is varied and efficient. If the SOL has a Most Improved team, Neshaminy is it. If the SOL has a Coach of the Year, the head coach from Neshaminy is it.
