CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 9, NORTH PENN 6
On April 21, the Knights edged the Patriots 10-9. It was payback time on Monday, and the Patriots exacted a degree of revenge and kept themselves in the hunt for a conference crown.
The Patriots opened up a 4-1 lead over the Knights after one quarter and took a 7-3 advantage into halftime on their way to the big win.
Ryan Brown, Alec Bracken and Mike Ott each scored two goals. Bracken also had an assist. Scoring one goal each were Ryan Stout, Owen Griffin and Logan Nelsen. Stout added a pair of assists and Griffin had one helper.
Mike Ott dominated play at the X, winning 18-of-18 face-offs. Liam Rosenthal was credited with eight saves in goal.
Griffin was all over every loose ball, finishing with 13 ground balls to lead the Patriots. Bryan McIntosh added five while Nelsen had three. Brown, Conor Larkin, Stout, Grant Porter, Austin Prime and Brant J Billingsly had one each. McIntosh had two turnovers while Prime, Nelsen and Billingsly each had one.
Central Bucks East (10-4, 8-2 SOL) will host Central Bucks West in a key conference showdown on Thursday, and North Penn (10-2, 5-2) will travel to Pennridge on Tuesday.

UPPER MERION 11, UPPER MORELAND 5
The Vikings opened up a 4-0 lead over their visitors after one quarter and took a 7-1 advantage into halftime on their way to the conference win.
Junior Nick Freda scored a team-high four goals to go along with one assist, and junior Will Borkowski had a hand in six goals, scoring three and assisting on three others. Connor Stutzman added three goals and one assist, and Collin Ginsburg had one goal. Adding an assist was CJ Rose.
The Vikings were credited with 29 ground balls, led by Johnny Salamy with seven. Kyle Thornton had six and Ginsburg, four. Freda had three and Jon Wilde and Josh Reinhardt had two each. Contributing one ground ball each were Yaseen Elarbi, Alex Kvetan, Rose, Connor Stutzman and Liam Stutzman.
Freda won 9-of-15 face-offs and Ginsburg won 3-of-5. Salamy turned away 15 of 20 shots he faced.
For the Golden Bears, Brendan Costello contributed two goals and one assist, and Brendan Olexa had a pair of goals. Ryan MacFarland added a single goal, and contributing one assist each were Tim Smith and Tim Duff.
Upper Merion (6-8, 5-5 SOL) will host Upper Dublin on Tuesday, and Upper Moreland (5-8, 3-8) will host Cheltenham.

CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 19, HARRY S TRUMAN 4
Central Bucks South was victorious over Truman 19-4 in an afternoon road game. Leading the way once again for the Tiitans was Dante Poli with four goals and five assists. Mike Dutkiewicz tallied five goals and three assists next to Evan Falkowski having three goals and two assists. Joe Vitelli had two goals and three assists. Justin Abbonizo added one goal and three assists, while Austin Novick tallied two goals. Ian Vogt had one goal and one assist. Andrew Fisher also contributed to the scoring with one goal. The Titans went three-for-three during man-up situations.
The Titans totaled 49 ground balls on the afternoon. Mark Lumb led the team with nine. Vitelli grabbed five. Poli, Dutkiewicz, and Falkowski had four each. Chris Surina and Brad Ross each had three ground balls. Jake Palfryman, Connor Grant, Andy Fratangeli, Justin Abbonizo, and Dan Mignogna had two. Rounding out the ground ball totals were Austin Novick, Connor Falkowski, Jake Druce, Andrew Baer, Rod Palmer, Steve Nowelski, and Matt Franks each having one.
South went 16-for-25 at the X. Lumb lead the way by winning 15-of-20 face-offs. Noah Mokrynchuk went 0-for-2 and Collin Joyce went 1-for-3. On a quiet afternoon in the net, both Brad Ross and Bobby Sautner had a save to seal the victory.
Central Bucks South (6-8, 3-7 SOL) will be on the road at Souderton on Tuesday, and Harry S Truman (3-8, 0-7) will travel to Council Rock North.
