UPPER DUBLIN 18, SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP 2
The Flying Cardinals put the finishing touches on a perfect conference season with a no-doubt-about-it win over the Spartans, opening up a 13-1 halftime lead on their way to the win.
Michael Sowers (two goals, six assists) and Michael Mullen (five goals) led the Cards, but they had plenty of help. Jed Hanson had a hat trick while Evan Scott, Nick Vernacchio and Conor Wall each had two goals. Scott also chipped in an assist. Contributing one goal were Max Winebrake and Henry Winebrake. Ben Abel, Michael Gillen and Colin Asper each had one assist.
Wall won 8-of-8 face-offs and also had a team-high nine ground balls. Henry Winebrake had seven ground balls while Ryan Templeton had six.
Sean Bowers had five saves in goal for UD.
Upper Dublin (16-1, 14-0) will close out the regular season with a road game at Springfield-Delco on Thursday. Springfield will host Plymouth Whitemarsh on Wednesday.

NORTH PENN 12, PENNRIDGE 8
Matt Rinck turned in a huge 18-save performance in goal to help propel the Knights to Monday’s important win.
Reece Udinski didn’t find the net but assisted on five goals. Luke Homan, Jake Diamond and Steve Rinck each connected for a hat trick. Homan also had an assist. Eric Diamond, Danny Payne and Owen Kelly each had one goal. Diamond added one assist. Nic Conroy chipped in with one helper.
For the Rams, Nick Fanelli led a balanced attack with three goals. Chris Warner added two goals and three assists while Kyle Fanelli had two goals and two assists. Ryan Garner contributed a goal and an assist and Sean Fechter added an assist.
Pennridge goalie Denton States recorded 10 saves.
North Penn (13-3, 8-3 SOL) will be on the road at Hatboro-Horsham for a key conference game on Wednesday, and Pennridge (7-9, 3-9) will be on the road at Neshaminy on Thursday.
SOUDERTON 12, UPPER MORELAND 5
In a sport where possession is paramount, Jake Phaup is a valuable weapon in Monday’s win, where he continued his remarkable dominance on face-offs, winning 21-of-21. He also had a pair of goals and an assist.
Adam Booz led the Indians’ attack with four goals. Trent Breneman had a hand in six goals – scoring two and assisting on four others. Walker Martin added two goals and one assist while Cory Azeff and Cole Witaslowski had one goal each.
Tyler Asbury recorded 11 saves between the pipes in a winning effort for the Indians.
Souderton (3-14, 0-11 SOL) will host Central Bucks East in its season finale on Tuesday. Upper Moreland (5-9, 3-8) will host Upper Merion on Tuesday.
CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 17, OXFORD 6
With a total team effort, CB South had a convincing 17-6 victory over Oxford Area High School. Leading the way in scoring was Dante Poli with five goals and five assists and Justin Abbonizio with five goals and one assist. Joe Vitelli and Ian Voight each had two goals and one assist. Mike Dutkiewicz and Ian Falkowski tallied one goal and two assists each. Andrew Fisher scored one goal and Dan Mignogna had one helper.
CB South had a total of 31 ground balls with Poli and Vitelli having five each. Jake Lautt had three while Abbonizio, Falkowski, Noah Mokrynchuk, Chris Surina, Andrew Fratangeli and Rod Palmer all had two. Dutkiewicz, Austin Novick, Mignogna, Brad Ross, Conner Grant, and Fisher had one each.
The Titans were 9-of-25 at the 'x'. Leading the way in face-offs was Mokrynchuk with 7-of-15. Mark Lumb won 2-of-6.
Brad Ross had 10 saves in goal for the Titans.
Central Bucks South (8-8, 4-7 SOL) will travel to neighboring Central Bucks West on Tuesday night.

GREAT VALLEY 9, PLYMOUTH WHITEMARSH 7
The Colonials gave the Patriots all they could handle, battling to a 2-2 tie after one quarter and 4-4 deadlock at halftime. The Patriots scored four goals in the third quarter to go on top 8-5 on their way to the win.
Kenny Diamond and Austin Betterly each scored two goals for the Colonials. Contributing one goal each were Alex Savarese, Jake Kelly and Brendan Sullivan. Mike Iannarelli had a pair of assists while Vincent Martina and Zack Zygmunt each had an assist.
Plymouth Whitemarsh (10-4, 10-2 SOL) will host Norristown on Tuesday.

PENNSBURY 8, HOLY GHOST PREP 7
HATBORO-HORSHAM 17, ABINGTON 1
Owen Winters was part of nine goals – scoring five and assisting on four others to lead the Hatters. Pierre Armstrong had four assists to go along with one goal while Bryan Remailey and Joe Larouche both added two goals and one assist. Logan Eldridge also added a pair of goals, and contributing one goal each were Tim McPoyle, Chris Koch, Cameron Knox, Chris Dearden and Chris McPoyle.
The Hatters led 7-0 after one quarter and took a 12-1 lead into halftime on the way to the big win as they continue to make a strong push towards districts.
Hatboro-Horsham (9-7, 7-3 SOL) will host North Penn on Wednesday, and Abington (3-13, 3-6) will host Abington on Tuesday night.
