Check out the recaps for SOL girls’ lacrosse teams in action on Friday.

Non-league
SOUDERTON 18, PENNRIDGE 5
The Indians closed out the regular season with an impressive non-league win over their neighboring rival.
Riley McGowan turned in a stellar nine-point effort, scoring six goals and assisting on three others. She also had one caused turnover. Carlie Doughty also had a big night offensively with four goals and one assist to go along with three draw controls.
Equally impressive was the Indians’ rock solid defense that allowed just one goal in the second half, silencing a Ram team that blitzed the Indians with four goals in four minutes in the first half.
Also contributing for the Indians, who led 11-4 at halftime, were Anna Anello, Kate Dougherty and Sarah Goodwin with two goals each. Doughty added an assist and three draw controls, and Connolly had a ground ball. Goodwin contributed three assists and five draw controls. Avery Doughty and Mariah Bainbridge each added one goal to close out the scoring. Bainbridge was credited with one caused turnover.
Juliana Broisow had five draw controls and one ground ball, Kayla Moyer had one caused turnover and two ground balls, Ceci Puente added one caused turnover, and Liz O’Hara had two ground balls.

PENNSBURY 12, NEW HOPE-SOLEBURY 11
First Lily Nolan reached 200 career goals. Next Carolyn Thistlewaite reached 100 career goals. Then Nell Webber got Pennsbury to 12 goals. Finally Caitlyn Doyle made it stand up.
Webber, a Boston College field hockey recruit, snapped a tie game with 5:46 to play to give Pennsbury a 12-11 win over New Hope-Solebury Friday afternoon in the regular season finale for both. Pennsbury improved to 11-6 while winning its fifth straight, and fourth this week, as the Falcons posted a seven-game improvement after last year's 4-13 record.
New Hope-Solebury is now 11-4.
Nolan, the Pennsbury senior, came into the game with 197 career goals and then scored three times in the first half to get to 200. Nolan came into her senior year with 125 goals and now has 75 in the 17 games this year, an average of 4.4 per game.
When Nolan scored her 200th, she was met on the field by all of her teammates. New Hope-Solebury enjoyed a similar celebration later, when Thistlewaite, a sophomore, scored her 100th as part of a five-goal afternoon.
Pennsbury led 3-0 after goals by Webber, Annie Price and Emelie Curtis in the first seven minutes before NH-S ran off six of the next seven, going up 6-4 with 1:38 in the half. Nolan would score goal No. 199 with 22 seconds left after running under a long pass from Price and then, after Price won the draw, Nolan reached her major milestone – and tied the score at 6-6 – with 10 seconds left in the half.
The Falcons would never trail in the second half, but the game would be tied at 6-6, 7-7, 8-8 and finally 11-11 after the Lions scored twice in a three-minute span to even it. Webber, who had a two-goal, two-assist day, scored what would be the game-winner after she scooped up a loose ball in front after a save by New Hope-Solebury goalie Lola Dardzinski and shot it high into the back of the net.
The Lions would have four more possessions after that, and all four would end in turnovers. Doyle, a junior defender, caused two of those turnovers, including the final one with just over a minute to play. Sydney Plunkett then picked up the loose ball and cleared it, and Pennsbury ran out all but the final seconds.
Dardzinski and Pennsbury's Natalie Smith made 15 saves each.

CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 15, STRATH HAVEN 6
The Bucks closed out the regular season on a high note, earning an impressive road win. The senior trio of Finley Ueland (four goals, one assist), Maddie Maio (four goals) and Dani Dundas (four goals, two assists) all had big nights. Emma Haring also had a hat trick while Casey Reichwein added an assist.
The Bucks took control of this one early, opening up a 7-2 halftime lead.
“It was a fun game to watch and coach for our final regular season game,” coach Tara Schmucker said. “It was a physical game and tough competition, and the girls really came together and even the bench got into the game and helped motivate on the sidelines.
“I am so proud of the defense for playing as a unit and taking some steps forward tonight. And offensively, they faced a very strong goalie and did an excellent job with shot placement and rebounds.
“Dani and Finley were on fire tonight, and Emma Haring also had some nice challenges. Despite not having a ton of assists, the whole offense moved the ball well and opened things up for each other. Defensively, they all showed up but Casey Reichwein and Eva Altadonna, who are not always recognized, had some key caused turnovers and ground balls. This is a great way to head into playoffs.”
Lauren Ring recorded six saves in the win.
Central Bucks West closed out its regular season with a 15-3 record overall and a 7-1 mark in conference play. The Bucks are fourth in the latest District One 3A power rankings.
