Sam Spera and Ava Borkowski each added an insurance goal in the second half. Kaleigh Missimer contributed an assist.
Sophomore goalkeeper Sarah Trask recorded eight saves in the win. Meghan DiGiacomo and Jen Byrne both were credited with a defensive save for the Colonials against Pennsbury’s quick transition.

UPPER DUBLIN 3, LOWER MERION 0
Allie Rock turned a Ryann Kullmann pass into a goal with just over a minute remaining in the opening half of Saturday’s non-league contest. It turned out to be the game-winner.
“Upper Dublin played a complete game today with good passing and strong communication on the field,” UD coach Heather Boyer said.
Madeleine Casey added an insurance goal three minutes into the second half. Jenn McCarry (Kullmann assist) closed out the scoring with a goal at the 8:37 mark of the half.
Boyer lauded the efforts of several players in the win.
“The transition play of Maisie Hanson, Mikayla DeMichele and Peyton Kullmann really helped spark a strong offensive effort and helped maintain possession of the ball for the majority of the game,” the Flying Cardinals’ coach said. “The defensive play of Emma Kate Powell, Jamie Rock and Madeleine Casey ensured that Lower Merion’s opportunities in the circle were kept to a minimum.”
UD goalie Meghan Muth was forced to make just one save in the shutout win. UD had an edge in shots (8-3) and corners (6-4).

CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 2, GREAT VALLEY 1
The visiting Titans rallied from a 1-0 halftime deficit to earn the hard-fought win.
“It was a very well-played game,” coach Pat Toner said.
Great Valley struck first on a perfectly-executed corner shot by Aiden Drabick that was tipped in by Gillian Icabucci with 6:49 remaining in the first half.
Eight minutes into the second half, the Titans answered with the equalizer. Annie Brady took a near-perfect corner shot that was tipped in by Anna Gillard. Casey Reilly scored the game-winner with 13:15 remaining in regulation, using a Mel Dunton assist.
“Both goalkeepers held off some excellent shots,” Toner said. “With 20 seconds left in the game, Great Valley was awarded a corner.
“In an effort to tie the game, the entire team was brought up, and the clock was allowed to run out. Great Valley lifted a dangerous shot on a corner hit, and the game ended with CB South securing the exciting win. Great job by both teams.”

The Cougars – sparked by Carolyn Webb’s hat trick – raced out of the gate to a 3-0 halftime lead and then added a single goal in the second half.
“Despite the score, I’m proud of how my team has improved in just a week,” coach Ginny Moore said. “The Bucks had connecting passes, and the players were stepping up to the ball.
