OFFENSIVE PLAYERS OF THE WEEK
Pennsbury offensive line comprised of center Donovan Frascella, right guard Bailey McDonnell, right tackle Dylan Biddle, left guard Fabian Francois and left tackle Rocco May
as well as running back Galamama Mulbah, Pennsbury – Mulbah surpassed the 200-yard mark for the third straight week in Pennsbury’s 35-22 win over previously undefeated Central Bucks East, finishing with 203 yards and three touchdowns. The Falcons’ offensive line might not find its way into the headlines, but there’s no mistaking the significance of an O-line that has played a key role in bringing back the ground and pound game that has been a trademark of Pennsbury football for years. The win was the fifth straight for the Falcons after a season-opening loss to Coatesville.
Coach Galen Snyder says: “G (Mulbah) just came out like a force in the second half, and the ‘O’ line played well the entire game. Matt Ott, our offensive line coach, has done a really good job, and the offensive line keeps getting better week in and week out.”

DEFENSIVE PLAYERS OF THE WEEK
Neshaminy linebackers Collin Giambrone, Jared Molle, Joel Bonner and Colton Clee – The Redskins’ linebackers – all juniors – were difference makers in a defensive battle that saw Neshaminy eke out a 7-6 win. Neshaminy’s defense did not allow a point with Pennridge’s only score a pick six early in the contest. The foursome combined for 17 tackles.
Coach Steve Wilmot says: “”Our defense did a nice job of running around and stopping the Pennridge run all night, especially our linebackers. They were making good reads and getting to the football, stopping some good backs before they got a head of steam. They have continued to improve every game for us. Pennridge did a lot of speed sweeps. I thought the linebackers did a really nice job of running down the speed sweeps. They tried to run it inside, and pretty much every time they tried to run inside, there was a linebacker there to meet them. I thought they played very well.”

SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Yazeed Haynes, North Penn – The University of Georgia bound senior returned a kickoff 90 yards after Central Bucks South drove down the field to score an early touchdown. The electrifying TD knotted the score 7-7 and ignited a 28-0 North Penn run on its way to a 35-22 Knights’ win over Central Bucks South. Haynes also had five receptions for 115 yards and a touchdown.
Coach Dick Beck says: “Coming off the CB West game where they drove the ball up and down the field on us running the ball – and then we line up against CB South, and they do the same thing on the first drive, it can be a little bit disheartening, so when he got that kickoff and returned it for a touchdown, I think that woke everybody up, sparked us a little bit especially on offense. I’ve been busting his stones – he’s been back on kickoffs all year, and this is the first time he’s returned a kickoff. Teams are definitely trying to kick it away from him, but that was a good opportunity to show his stuff.”
Sterling Limo Honor Roll:
Eli Boehm, Central Bucks West – The senior running back was once again a workhorse for the Bucks, carrying the ball 26 times for 181 yards and two touchdowns in Central Bucks West’s 27-0 win over Abington.
Rondell Bradley & Jayden Sangmeister, Harry S Truman – With the Tigers trailing 7-0 late in the game, Bradley – the standout senior wide receiver – was moved to quarterback in the fourth quarter and it paid immediate dividends. Bradley’s 13-yard touchdown run made it a 7-6 game with time winding down, and when he completed a pass to Jayden Sangmeister for a successful 2-point conversion, Harry S Truman had an 8-7 lead over Bensalem and won by that margin. The win snapped a four-game losing streak for the Tigers after a season-opening win.
Danny Dyches, Souderton – The junior wide receiver had eight receptions for 118 yards and a touchdown in Souderton’s 34-20 win over Quakertown in the 309 Bowl.
Matty LaBouliere, Central Bucks East – The senior wide receiver/defensive back was a force on both sides of the football in Central Bucks East’s 35-22 loss to Pennsbury. LaBouliere had five receptions for 131 yards and a touchdown, and on defense, he had nine tackles.
Declan Kelly, Central Bucks East – In the absence of veteran quarterback Pat Keller, the senior stepped in behind center and completed 12 of 21 passes for 213 yards and a touchdown in Central Bucks East’s 35-22 loss to Pennsbury.
Chase Marshall, Pennridge – The sophomore cornerback had a pick six, taking his interception 59 yards for a touchdown for the only Rams’ score in Pennridge’s 7-6 loss to Neshaminy.
Jared Zimmerman, Souderton – The senior quarterback completed 13 of 24 passes for 179 yards and a touchdown in Souderton’s 34-20 win over Quakertown. He also had nine carries for 69 yards and a touchdown.
