Pennridge and Pennsbury both clinched a share of their respective conference titles.

The Falcons – with two conference games remaining – clinched at least a share of the program’s first conference title since 2009 with Monday’s win.
“I’m excited for the guys – it’s been a long time coming,” coach Bill Coleman said. “We had a little opponent called Abington that we always ran into it seemed.
“No one really understands how much work and effort goes into preparing the guys every day and every game for three months and during the summer. It’s just a credit to those kids and all of the coaching staff who helped them along. It’s been fun.”
Pennsbury scored points in bunches in the win, putting 42 on the board in the first half to go into halftime with a 42-25 lead. The visiting Panthers trimmed seven points off the Falcons’ lead in the third quarter, but Pennsbury still led 53-43 heading into the final frame.
“We had the tempo going both ways,” Coleman said. “We shot close to 60 percent from the floor in the first half, maybe 58 percent.
“We had 29 in the second quarter alone. Collin (Connor) had three threes, Gary (Francis) had a three. We were rebounding the ball very well and getting out in transition, so it opened up the floor a lot.”
Francis continued his torrid offensive production in Monday’s win, torching the Panthers for 31 points. He connected on 13-of-21 shots from the floor (61 percent). He was 11-for-16 at the foul line. Francis also had six rebounds, three assists and a block. Connor, who had six three-pointers, added 26 points, two assists and two steals. Amir Johnson and Luke Della Grotte each had six points.
Evan Reichard had a big game under the backboards, pulling down 12 rebounds to lead the Falcons.
For the Panthers, David West led the way with 21 points. Derrik Consenza had a double-double, finishing the game with 15 points and 15 rebounds. Kip Mooney added nine points while Jay Stanfield and Ryan Savage had seven each.
Pennsbury (12-8, 9-1 SOL) will travel to Harry S Truman on Tuesday, and William Tennent (4-16, 3-7) will be on the road at Council Rock South on Tuesday.

Sean Yoder was on top of his game, which was good news for the Rams and anything but for the Titans.
After scoring 15 points in a first half that saw the Titans battle the Rams to a 32-32 tie, the senior standout erupted for 16 more in the second half. The Titans had no answer as they were outscored 39-24 after the intermission.
“Our defense really tightened up in the second half, and offensively, we really got in transition,” coach Dean Behrens said. “Sean (Yoder) was the engine that kind of kept us going.
“We have to look at the film tonight, but he was probably 31 points, eight rebounds, eight assists. He could have had a triple-double – he had that kind of night.”
In a preview of things to come, Yoder erupted for 14 points – which included two threes – in the first quarter. The Titans – sparked by six points from Brady Prezelski – matched the Rams point for point, and the score was knotted 19-19 after one quarter. Both teams scored 13 points in the second quarter.
“CB South played very well the first half,” Behrens said. “They shot tremendously well. Brady Prezelski – we were worried about him slashing to the basket, and he hit four threes.
“We made a little adjustment on him at halftime. Jon Post did a magnificent job on their big kid, Ian McCaw, and we kept (Tommy) Kuypers under control – he had eight, but we had trouble with (Alex) Dietz. He did a nice job against us.”
Dietz finished with a team-high 22 points – he had 15 of those in the second half. The rest of the Titans combined for just nine after the intermission.
Prezelski finished with 12 points – all in the first half, and Tommy Kuypers had eight.
For the Rams, Jack Gillespie had 11 points, which included three three-pointers. John Dominic added 10 points.
“Jack Gillespie hit (three) threes for us off the bench, which was big,” Behrens said. “I thought John Dominic did a really good job on Brady Prezelski in the second half.”
With the win, the Rams – who have two conference games remaining – clinched at least a share of the conference crown. Monday’s game was their fourth in five days.
“We didn’t get much prep time on CB South – luckily, we had played them before,” Behrens said. “We’re going to try and come in and look at some video on East before tomorrow’s game because their offense is complicated for any team.
“They’re a team you want to spend a day or two reviewing, but we’re not going to get that. We just have to go out perform and execute and communicate on defense.”
Pennridge (18-2, 9-1 SOL) will host Central Bucks East on Tuesday, and Central Bucks South (15-5, 7-3) will host North Penn on Tuesday.
