Luke Rosseli was a perfect 11-for-11 on face-offs in the Flying Cardinals’ shutout of the visiting Panthers. Ed Hanson led a balanced attack with four goals while Brian McCarry and Luke Roselli both had three goals and one assist. Zach Young added two goals and two assists, and Jason Williams had one goal and three assists. Adding one goal each were Ross Neuman, Colin Asper, Anthony Cerminara, Brody Balasa, Nolan Reape and Tom Petrucci. Jerry Bardol had a pair of helpers.
COUNCIL ROCK SOUTH 7, ABINGTON 4
The Golden Hawks led 2-1 after one quarter and maintained that one-goal lead until the final quarter when they outscored their visitors 3-1.
Casey Hesdon led the Ghosts with two goals, one assist and three ground balls. Jack Kurtz added one goal and five ground balls, and Dominic Ricciardi had one goal and one ground ball. Ryan Herman chipped in an assist and four ground balls. Nate Rose also had four ground balls while Kevin Fitzgerald and Marco McAfee both had three ground balls. Nevin Baer and Sean Wink each added two ground balls.

RADNOR 10, CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 9 (OT)
Central Bucks East traveled to Radnor High School Friday afternoon to take on the Raiders in the last regular season game for both teams. East struck first with a goal by Greg Scholz with 8:22 remaining in the first quarter. Radnor answered quickly with a goal of its own with 7:11 remaining. Ryan Brown then scored an unassisted goal with 16 seconds remaining to take a 2-1 lead at the end of the first quarter.
Radnor scored three times in the second quarter and held a 4-3 lead at the half. Both teams scored two goals in the third quarter, and Radnor led 6-5 at the end of the third quarter. The fourth quarter is where it really got interesting. Radnor scored at the 10:55 mark of the quarter to go up 7-5, East's Ryan Schmidt answered with a goal at the 8:42 to keep it a one-goal game at 7-6. At 5:07, Radnor scored to go back up by two goals, 8-6. Ryan Brown scored his third goal of the game to pull East within one with 3:56 remaining. Just 50 seconds later, Radnor scored to go back up by two goals . Ryan Bullotta then scored his second and third goals of the game, his third goal tied the game with 1:29 remaining. The East defense closed it down to send the game into OT. In OT Radnor scored the game-winning goal with 41 seconds remaining in the OT period.
Offensively, the Patriots were led by Ryan Brown (3 goals, 2 assists), and Ryan Bullotta (3 goals), while Ryan Schmidt (1 goal, 1 assist), Greg Scholz and Ryan Stout each had one goal. Michael Ott had another strong performance at face-off winning 15-of-23 and scooping up nine ground balls. Bryan McIntosh and Colin Stein each had three ground balls while Joe Thiroway, John Galow, Alec Bracken, Jacob Manion, and Liam Rosenthal had on ground ball apiece.
Defensively, McIntosh had two caused turnovers, Thiroway, Ott, and Jake Ventresca each had one. Liam Rosenthal was strong in goal with five saves.
The Patriots concluded the regular season with an impressive record of 14-3 ( 9-0 SOL- National Conference Champions). District One 3A Playoff seeding will be determined Saturday with the first round of playoffs to begin Tuesday, May 16. Twenty-Four out of 39 District One teams will qualify for the District 1 Tournament, the top eight teams will have a bye in the first round. It is anticipated that the Patriots will have a high seed. Based upon the final results of the District 1 Tournament, the top six teams will then advance to the PIAA State Tournament.
