Jake Kelly scored five goals while Alex Savarese and Austin Betterly both added four to lead the Colonials to the big win. Also contributing were Zach Zygmont with two goals while Vince Martina, Christian Jones and Brandon Corcoran each had one goal to close out the scoring.
PENNRIDGE 17, POTTSGROVE 7
The Rams made their road trip to Pottsgrove a good one, sprinting to a 4-0 lead after one quarter and opening up a commanding 10-1 lead at halftime.
Sean Fechter had a big day for the Rams, contributing five goals and two assists. Ethan Clemmer contributed three goals and two assists while Bobby Maher had two goals and one assist. Kyle Fanelli finished with the hat trick, and Stephen Puras had a hand in eight goals, scoring one and assisting on seven others. Lee Phillips had a goal and an assist. Griffin Wenger and Chris Dachowski both had one goal, and Chris Warner added an assist.
Connor Hansen won 10-of-20 face-offs while David Nahas won 6-of-11. The trio of Teddy Tozi, Tristan Banks and Denton States combined for 16 saves. States finished with six. Tozzi and Banks both had five.

The Trojans notched an impressive non-league win on Thursday morning, exploding for nine goals in the second half to turn a 4-2 halftime deficit into the big win. The Trojans actually led 2-1 after one quarter, but they were outscored by the Ghosts 3-0 in the second.
“The second quarter was all Abington, but we made some adjustments at the half and came out fired up,” coach Dan Layfield said. “Our attack had a ton of opportunities in the first quarter but failed to finish on the majority.
“Later in the game, we were able to put the goal in the back of the net when we had a chance.”
Leading the way for the Trojans were John Esposito (three goals, one assist), Alex Chiodo-Ortiz (two goals, two assists) and Jack Shea (one goal, three assists). Eric Kaufmann added a pair of goals, and Nate DeGroat, John Dickson and Clements had one goal apiece.
For the Ghosts, senior attack Cameron Leech had a huge game, contributing five goals and two ground balls. Also contributing to the attack were senior Hunter Jones (one goal, two assists, two ground balls), senior John Wink (two goals, two ground balls), Joey Lomady (one goal, two ground balls). Jimmy Lomady (two ground balls), Matt Bross (four ground balls), Tyler Dermer (two ground balls), Ryan Fetzer (two ground balls), Chase Lavallie (two ground ground balls), Trey Hudson (two ground balls), Brian Nolan (two ground balls), Jack Kurtz (one ground ball) and Cole Midwood (one ground ball) also contributed.
Jack Meyers came up big in goal for the Trojans, collecting eight clutch saves. Nick Pak won 11-of-20 face-offs for the Trojans. Abington goalie Luke Werner was credited with 10 saves.

NORTH PENN 16, NESHAMINY 5
The Knights won their third game of the week on Thursday at Neshaminy, opening up a 6-1 lead after one quarter and taking a 10-2 lead into the intermission.
Luke Homan and Zack McKelvie both had a hand in six goals as Homan contributed three goals and three assists while McKelvie had two goals and four assists. Jake Diamond added two goals and one assist, and Eric Diamond added a pair of goals and one assist. Sawyer Koch, Paul Kim and Harrison Barclay each contributed a pair, and Scott Keffer had a single goal to close out the scoring for the Knights.
Trevor Bickel was credited with six saves in a winning effort in goal.

CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 9, PENNCREST 6

Central Bucks East defeated Penncrest, the defending PIAA State Champion, by a score of 9-6 Thursday night at War Memorial Field. The Patriots rose to the occasion and kept the pressure on Penncrest all night.
East controlled the game with senior Jack Auteri – who was perfect on the night – winning 13 of 13 face-offs. The scoring was led by Owen Griffin who had two goals and one assist, and Matt Vetter who had two goals. The Patriot defense received another outstanding effort by goalie Sean McGovern who had seven saves. Bryan McIntosh had three forced turnovers, while Mike Eveland and Dustin Buchanan each scooped up four ground balls.
With the victory, East improved their record to 5-0 on the season. The Patriots’ next game is against undefeated CB South on April 8th, 7 pm, at War Memorial Field.

Amber Lambeth scored six goals to lead the Indians to their second win in as many days on Thursday. The Indians opened up a 7-2 halftime lead and never looked back.
“Souderton came out aggressive and ready to play,” PW coach Ellen Reilly said. “My players came out flat, got down and only showed spurts of fight.
“Souderton wanted the game and took the game. PW (had) turnover after turnover that led to scores for Souderton. No excuses for PW.”
The Colonials were coming off a tough overtime loss to Southern Lehigh on Tuesday (9-8). On Monday, the Indians fell to Southern Lehigh 15-11.
“I do not know what team I put out there today, not the PW that played on Tuesday,” Reilly said. “We have to regroup and come together as a team for next week.”
Also contributing scoring for the Indians were Brittany Roynan (two goals), Carlie Doughty (two goals), Juliana Ofalt (one goal) and Rachel Judge (one goal).
For the Colonials, Ali Diamond had the hat trick, and Kirsten Monte added a pair.
Reilly lauded the performance of her goalie, Emily Miller, who was credited with 10 saves.

Courtney Dietzel scored four goals and assisted on two others while Sarah Poli had two goals and three assists to lead the Titans in Thursday’s non-league win. Tori Wigand contributed two goals and one assist, and Kasey Dietzel added a pair of goals. Kelly Senour and Krysta Reading both had one goal and one assist, and Kristen Berntsen had one goal to round out the scoring for the Titans.
For the Vikings, Haley O’Malley had a big day, connecting for six goals, while Julia Reinert had two goals, one assist and two interceptions. Anna Davis had a pair of assists.
South goalie Erin Putnam was credited with nine saves in the win. For the Vikings, Jordan Cabahug-Almonte had 13 saves on 26 shots.

The Panthers notched their second win of the young season on Thursday. Kayla Donnelly sparked the defense with five caused turnovers and four interceptions. Alisa Robinson had three interceptions. Goalie Morgan Craighead was credited with nine saves in the win.
“The girls played outstanding defense and put together some excellent runs to control the game,” coach Nicole Donnelly said.
Cayla Metzger led the attack with the hat trick while Olivia Maseloff, Brooklynn Law and Taylor Kishbaugh each had two goals. Taylor Scheetz had a pair of assists.
