CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 14, HOLY GHOST PREP 12
Joey Rockovich had himself a day on Saturday, scoring eight goals and assisting on two others.
Mike Samson added two goals and one assist while Ben Sexauer had two goals and one assist. Erik Ojert and Brandon Gervais both added single goals. Shane Early added three helpers while Matt Kubit and Nick Werener each had one assist.
Nick Werner scooped up eight ground balls to lead the Bucks.
West took a 6-5 lead into halftime and then owned the third period, outscoring their hosts 6-0 to go on top 12-5 before the Firebirds staged a late rally.
West goalie Max Dunar was credited with four saves in the win.
Central Bucks West (7-2, 3-0 SOL) will host Harry S Truman on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

PENNRIDGE 8, KENNETT 6
The Rams and Eagles spent three quarters exchanging goals, and the two teams headed into the fourth quarter deadlocked 4-4. The Rams outscored their hosts 4-2 in the final frame to earn the hard fought win.
Nick Fanelli had two goals and one assist to lead a balanced Ram attack, and Kevin Britner also had a pair of goals. Chris Warner added one goal and two assists, and Jack Garner had a goal and an assist. Single goals by Ryan Garner and P Matkowski rounded out the scoring. Matkowski also won 12-of-17 faceoffs.
Tristan Banks recorded nine saves in goal in a winning effort for the Rams.
Pennridge (6-4, 1-2 SOL) will host Central Bucks East on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.

HATBORO-HORSHAM 13, COUNCIL ROCK SOUTH 4
Tim McPoyle and Jon Larouche both scored four goals and assisted on another, and Cameron Knox had three goals and two assists to lead the Hatters to Saturday's non-league win. Ian Reilly had two goals and one assist to round out the scoring.
The Hatters, who led 3-1 after one quarter, took a 6-2 lead into halftime and then blew the game wide open with a 6-1 third quarter.
Hatboro-Horsham (8-1, 3-0 SOL) will host Wissahickon on Tuesday, and Council Rock South (4-2, 1-1) will host Council Rock North on Tuesday.

Sparked by their stalwart defense, the Golden Hawks raced out of the gate to a 6-0 halftime lead on their way to the non-league win on Saturday.
“The defense played outstanding,” coach Madison Hurwitz said.
Caroline McGovern led the Hawks with three goals and one assist while Cait Thornton and Mary Kate Simpson both had two goals. Faith Turner added an assist.
Council Rock South (5-3, 2-0 SOL) will travel to Pennridge on Monday for a 7 p.m. contest.
