CENTRAL BUCK EAST 5, CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 3
Defense was the name of the game when the Patriots travelled to South, and it was the Patriots, who led 4-1 at halftime, holding on for the win.
Ryan Stout led the attack with three goals and an assist while Ryan Eife and Jonah Osborne each added a goal. Ryan Carroll had a pair of assists.
Jake Kueny won three face-offs while Evan Bullotta won two. Kueny also had four ground balls and one caused turnover while Bulotta scooped up three ground balls. Liam Rosenthal had six saves in goal.
Stout led the Titans with seven ground balls and also had two caused turnovers. Eife had two ground balls while Connor Martin had one. Joey Beahan had a caused turnover.
Central Bucks East (6-6, 3-2 SOL) will host Owen J Roberts in a non-league game on Saturday at 11 a.m. Central Bucks South (6-7, 1-4) will travel to Central Bucks West on Tuesday.

COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 12, NESHAMINY 8
Peter Lehman and Luke Walstrum combined for seven goals and nine assists, leading the Indians to the hard fought win over the Redskins in conference play. Lehman’s four goals led the Indians. He also had four assists. Walstrum had a team high five assists to go along with three goals. Walstrum also scooped up 11 ground balls.
“It was a hard fought game that we really needed,” said coach John Fitzpatrick, whose team notched its second win in conference play. “We really had to control time of possession to keep the ball away from a really good Neshaminy offense. Their offense is really dangerous.”
Beckett Thompson added a hat trick and three ground balls. Dean Scalamandre contributed a pair of goals while Jimmy O’Donnell had a goal and an assist. Shane Bradley chipped in an assist and also had four ground balls.
Contributing two goals each for the Redskins were Luke Sermarini, Noah Weiman, Ryan Maher and Connor McVey. Maher and McVey each had a pair of assists while Sermarini had one. Nick Donato added a goal and Dawson Obringer had an assist. Maher was credited with nine ground balls to lead the ‘Skins while Sermarini, Obringer and McVey had three each. Donato had two ground balls.
Robbie Kay turned away 15 shots in a winning effort in goal for the Indians.
Council Rock North (7-4, 2-3 SOL) will travel to Pennridge on Tuesday, and Neshaminy (7-5, 1-4) will host North Penn on Tuesday.
SOL American Conference
UPPER DUBLIN 9, WISSAHICKON 8 (OT)
The Flying Cardinals put themselves firmly in the middle of the hunt for the SOL American Conference title, handing the Trojans their first conference loss of the season. Four squads – UD, Wissahickon, Souderton and Springfield Township – have one loss in conference play.
This one was anything but easy for the Cardinals, who opened up a 4-0 lead and took a 5-2 advantage into halftime. They still led 6-4 heading into the final quarter only to watch the Trojans stage a furious comeback to knot the score. Jason Scott’s goal in sudden death overtime propelled the Cardinals to the dramatic win.
Brett Rama scored five goals to lead the Cardinals while Scott added two goals and one assist. Brian McCarry and Lucas Roselli added one goal each. Jason Williams handed out three assists, and Jayden Santangelo had a pair of assists.
Upper Dublin (6-6, 4-1 SOL) will host Academy of the New Church in a non-league game Thursday, and Wissahickon (8-4, 4-1) will host Upper Moreland on Tuesday.

PENNSBURY 13, ABINGTON 12
The Falcons have an uncanny knack for winning the close ones, this time edging the Ghosts in a non-league war to notch their fourth one-goal win of the season. The two teams were deadlocked 7-7 at the intermission. The Falcons outscored their visitors 4-2 in the third period, but the Ghosts didn’t go away, and it was Avery Dysart scoring the game-winner for the Falcons.
Nick Sutton had another big game for the Falcons, scoring five goals and assisting on another. Will Anderson and Dysart both had two goals. Colby Seneca had a goal and two assists. Adding one goal each were Gavin Fleming, Ryan DeZutel and Jesse Keaton. Bryse Raniello scooped up six ground balls.
Jake Krefetz and Ryan DeZutel combined to win 12-of-24 face-offs. Nico Cione and Luke Nolan shared time in the net.
Pennsbury (9-3, 3-1 SOL) will host North Penn on Friday, and Abington (7-6, 3-2) will travel to Council Rock North on Monday.

UPPER DUBLIN 17, PLYMOUTH WHITEMARSH 10
The Flying Cardinals – 24 hours removed from a big win over Wissahickon – opened up a 9-4 halftime lead and never looked back.
Julia Reardon’s five goals led the Flying Cardinals who also received four goals and an assist from both Mack Moore and Jackie Rama. Rama once again dominated play in the midfield with 15 draw controls. Meg DiMartile and Jenn McCarry both had one goal and three assists while Becky Browndorf added a goal and two assists. Allie Rock had one goal. Riley Brady turned away 10 shots in goal for the Cardinals.
Lexi Petrakis contributed a hat trick and reached a personal milestone, connecting on the 100th goal of her career. Raquel Baskin also had three goals. Brianna Austin added a pair of goals while Max Lesczyznski and Kennedy Reardon each had one goal. Ainya Bond was credited with nine saves in goal.
Upper Dublin (9-4, 5-1 SOL) will host Souderton next Thursday, and Plymouth Whitemarsh (3-8, 1-4) will travel to Wilson for a non-league game on Saturday.

HATBORO-HORSHAM 9, PENNRIDGE 7
The Hatters won a tightly contested and physical battle with Pennridge. The visiting Rams trailed 6-4 at the intermission but rallied to knot the score 6-6 early in the second half only to see the Hatters respond with three goals to seal the win.
Gabrielle Liott led the Hatters with four goals while Audrey Leibfreid had three goals. Cam Ryan added two goals and two assists. Goalie Arielle Hammer and the defense made several important stops late in the second half.
Hatboro-Horsham (6-5, 2-3 SOL) will travel to Cheltenham on Monday, and Pennridge (4-9, 2-3) will host Pennsbury on Monday.

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP 17, LOWER MORELAND 3
Maddie Yoder scored eight goals and assisted on two others to lead the Spartans to the decisive win. She also had two draw controls, two ground balls and one caused turnover. Ella Marino added four goals, two assists, two draw controls and four ground balls. Emily Smith had two goals, one assist, three draw controls, four ground balls and two caused turnovers. Emily Walsh added one goal, one draw control and two ground balls. Molly McGoldrick had one goal, one assist, three ground balls and two caused turnovers. Raya Davis had a goal and one draw controls. Lauren Corrado contributed two assists and one ground ball. Grace Woron and Jaden Callands each had two grounds balls. Charlotte Henry and Sophie Perry both had one assist. Henry also had one ground ball. Ellie Lynch had one ground ball and Irene Bui had one draw control.
Annie Ryan recorded five saves in goal for the Spartans.
Springfield Township (5-6, 1-5 SOL) will travel to New Hope-Solebury Monday for a non-league game.
