Check out the recaps for SOL field hockey teams in action Monday.
SOL Continental Conference
CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 3, PENNRIDGE 1
The Patriots wrapped up a perfect conference season with a win in their regular season finale.
“I came in very confident, but Pennridge had just beaten Council Rock South and tied CB South,” East coach Meghann Spratt said. “I did not want my girls coming in overconfident, but I just felt very good the whole game.
“Even when it was tied, 1-1, I said to my girls, ‘I do not care about the score. We are dominating. We’re just not putting it in,’ and that’s what happened the first time we played them as well (a 2-0 East win). In the second half, we started to connect more.”
Cailey Lever’s goal midway through the second half broke a 1-1 tie, and five minutes later, Kenzie Lever added an insurance goal. Phia Mannino – who scored the Patriots’ lone goal in the opening half – assisted on both second-half goals.
The Patriots drew 18 corners.
Central Bucks East (12-0 SOL) closed out its regular season with a 17-1 record overall. Pennridge (7-9, 4-8 SOL) will host North Penn on Tuesday.

Wissahickon goalie Meghan Reilly made just one save in the shutout. UM goalie Isabella Guarenghi was credited with 11 saves.
Wissahickon (11-6, 9-5 SOL) travel to Council Rock South for a non-league game Wednesday, and Upper Moreland (7-10, 5-8) will host Plymouth Whitemarsh on Wednesday.

HATBORO-HORSHAM 3, QUAKERTOWN 2
As Senior Nights go, it was a good one for the Hatters, who opened up a 3-1 lead and went on to earn the hard-fought win.
“It was a nice way to end the season at home with a win on the turf with the combined effort of every varsity player with the seniors leading the way,” HH coach Laura Swezey said.
Midway through the first half, Abby Roesing turned a Paige Mullen pass into a goal and a 1-0 Hatter lead. The Panthers evened the score with just under five minutes remaining in the half when Fallon Grandinetti found the cage, sending the teams into halftime deadlocked 1-1.
With 10:47 remaining in regulation, Paige Mullen turned a Jordan Brown insert pass during corner play into a goal and a 2-1 Hatter lead, and Roesing scored her second goal off the night on the rebound off the goalie’s pads.
Quakertown’s Lauren Junker connected on a corner shot with 36 seconds remaining for the 3-2 final.
Swezey lauded the efforts of several players in the win.
“Abby Roesing and Paige Mullen were a one-two punch in scoring the needed goals for the victory,” the Hatters’ coach said. “Ange Speizio has been consistent throughout the season with her lifts and hard hits out of our defensive zone to help lead the Hatters’ transition up the field.”
Both teams had nine corners, but the Hatters held an 11-4 advantage in shots.
Hatter goalie Abby Ransom was credited with four saves in the win. Quakertown goalie Alexis Landis recorded eight saves.
Hatboro-Horsham (3-13, 2-11 SOL) will travel to Plymouth Whitemarsh on Tuesday for a 7 p.m. contest, and Quakertown (3-11, 0-10) will host Souderton on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

ABINGTON 7, LOWER MORELAND 0
The Ghosts erupted for seven goals – three in the first half – and took 23 shots to just one for the visiting Lions in a dominant effort.
“Abington has been able to find the back of the net again just in time for postseason,” coach Katie Small said. “A couple of changes to the lineup have really ignited the offensive side while our defense continues to hold. Today was a great example of a total team effort.”
Just over five minutes into the game, Paige Doyle turned an Aileen Hughes pass into a goal that turned out to be the game-winner. Ten minutes later, Alainna Swift (Anna Joseph assist) found the back of the cage, and a goal by Abby Thomas with a Hughes assist sent the Ghosts into halftime with a comfortable 3-0 lead.
A pair of goals in the opening five minutes of the second half put the Ghosts on top 5-0. Doyle connected on the first with assists from Hughes and Grace Kirwin, and then it was Devan DiMaria scoring an unassisted goal. Goals by Ysabel Lowery (Doyle assist) and Thomas (Emily Schlisman assist) closed out the scoring.
Abington (10-7, 9-4 SOL) will host Cheltenham in Tuesday’s regular season finale.
