Casey Reilly scored a pair of goals to lead the Titans to the bounce-back win after a disappointing loss to Souderton Wednesday.
Contributing an assist on Reilly’s first goal was Megan Weeks, and Mel Dunton assisted on the second. Reilly’s goals were sandwiched around a goal by Sophia Wasyliw (Ashley Timby assist).
“Pennridge is a hard-working, talented team who does not give up,” South coach Pat Toner said. “Both teams played well.”
The Titans held an advantage in shots (20-6) and corners (14-11).
Jillian Heilig recorded four saves in the shutout win. Pennridge’s Mac Bross had 11 saves.
Central Bucks South (3-2, 2-2 SOL) will travel to Great Valley for a non-league game Saturday, and Pennridge (1-3, 1-2) will be on the road at Souderton on Monday for a 5 p.m. contest.
