Courtney Murray had another big game for the Lady Panthers, contributing 15 points, eight rebounds, three assists and two steals while leading her team to the win in its regular season finale.
“It was another strong effort from Courtney Murray on both ends of the floor,” coach Brendan Nolan said. “She has grown into a leader on the floor.”
Kai Williams collected a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds, and Madison Rorer gave the Lady Panthers – who were still without Savannah Roberts – a huge lift, finishing with 13 points and five rebounds. Rorer had three 3-pointers.
“Kai Williams was strong on the glass and on the defensive end, and Madison Rorer was effective from the perimeter,” Nolan said.
The two teams were deadlocked 7-7 after one quarter, but the Lady Panthers took a 19-16 lead into halftime and outscored the visiting Hatters 23-20 in the second half
Cheltenham (7-8 SOL) closed out its regular season with a 13-10 record. The Lady Panthers are the 23rd seed in the District One 6A power rankings.

UPPER DUBLIN 72, UPPER MORELAND 22
Nicole Kaiser scored 18 points and pulled down nine rebounds to lead the Flying Cardinals to a convincing win in their regular season finale. Jackie Vargas added 14 points, eight rebounds and three blocks, and Maggie Weglos had 12 points – including three 3-pointers – and four assists. Meg Barbera added eight points, five steals and four rebounds.
The Cardinals, who led 19-4 after one quarter, took a 44-7 lead into halftime.
Phoebe Longstreth’s eight points led the Golden Bears.
Upper Dublin (12-2 SOL) closed out its regular season with an 18-4 record. The Cardinals are seeded 10th in the latest District One 6A power rankings. Upper Moreland (6-8 SOL) closed out the regular season with a 10-11 mark. The Golden Bears are the 16th seed in the District One 5A power rankings in what will be a 16-team field.
