Check out the recaps for SOL girls’ lacrosse teams in action Thursday.

SOL National Conference
Central Bucks East 16, Council Rock South 7
Central Bucks East locked up a share of the National Conference title by defeating the host Golden Hawks on Thursday.
"The first 10 min of the game were extremely sloppy – Council Rock was neck in neck with us," East coach Jordan Sanocki said. "We couldn’t get used to the long grass, we were forcing passes, and we had a hard time adjusting on the fly. After I called a timeout midway through the first half, the girls were able to rally together to make it 10-5 at half.
"At half, we came up with a plan and we were able to run away with the game. Brigitte (Bishop) was unstoppable on the draw with 12 draw controls – this season's record for draw controls in a single game. She knows after every goal, it’s up to her. It’s always a 50/50 ball at the draw circle and today she excelled at her job."
The Patriots, who led 10-5 at halftime, outscored the Golden Hawks 6-2 in the second half.
"In the second half, they moved the ball through the midfield effortlessly and were communicating across the entire field," Sanocki said. "They worked the ball quickly around the 12m and worked off ball until we had girls open in the middle and we were able to put the ball in the cage. Katie Powell and Riley Forman both played a phenomenal game today; they hit every good stat box with all their goals, assists, draw controls, ground balls, and caused turnovers.
"We eventually got our heads in the game and just played good CB East girls lacrosse, just like we know how to do. We are so excited to end our season on such a high note and we are looking forward to the playoffs next week."
The Patriots ended in a three-way tie for first place along with North Penn and Central Bucks West and will be competing in the upcoming PIAA District One Class 3A tournament which begins Tuesday."
