The Falcons celebrated their annual Pink Game with a shutout win over the visiting Panthers. Pennsbury came out aggressive from the opening whistle and controlled play in the first half.
Quakertown’s defense held until midway through the half when Olivia Maura scored on a rebound of a shot by Nell Weber. Kate Chesney – who finished with a hat trick – scored her first of three goals on a direct shot from the top of the circle at 12:15. The Panthers drew a corner near the end of the first half but were unable to convert, and the Falcons took a 2-0 lead into halftime.
The Falcons started off strong in the second half, scoring on a hard corner shot by Chesney just over five minutes into the second half. Amelia Sharp scored on a direct shot, and Chesney finished the scoring on a tip from a corner shot by Sammie Hackman.
Quakertown goalie Morgan Craighead had a strong outing, recording 14 saves.

PENNRIDGE 7, BENSALEM 0
The visiting Rams took a 1-0 lead into halftime and then blew the game wide open with six unanswered goals in the second half. Senior Kellie Drugotch turned in a remarkable performance, assisting five of the seven goals.
“It was a great team win today with seven goals from five different people,” coach Becky Spahr said. “Our passing and movement improved throughout the game and gave us many scoring opportunities.”
Kierstin Faw (Drugotch assist) accounted for the Rams’ first-half goal. In the second half, Caitlyn Amsden scored her first of two goals with a Drugotch assist. Then it was Sydney Borneman turning an Amsden pass into a goal. Faw scored with an assist from Abby Bruzas, and Amsden found the cage with her second goal, again using a Drugotch assist. Lucrezia Sanzone (Drugotch assist) and Bruzas closed out the scoring, also with a Drugotch assist.
Pennridge goalie Mackenzie Bross turned away the only two shots she faced in the shutout win. Bensalem’s Selena Lee recorded 25 saves on 35 shots. The Owls had three defensive saves.
“Bensalem played with a lot of effort and intensity,” Spahr said. “Good job from Lee.”
Pennridge (4-11, 1-9 SOL) will be on the road at William Tennent on Friday, and Bensalem (1-11-1, 0-8-1) will travel to Council Rock South on Thursday for the Golden Hawks’ Senior Night game at Walt Snyder Stadium.

SOUDERTON 2, HATBORO-HORSHAM 0
Isabella Palde scored a pair of goals to lead the visiting Indians to the non-league win. The sophomore forward put the Indians on the scoreboard with a goal just over seven minutes into the opening half. That lead held until just eight minutes remained in regulation when Palde found the cage for the second time.
“Souderton had nice ball movement and shots on goal,” Hatters coach Laura Swezey said. “It was another game where the score was 1-0 until the last eight minutes.”
The Hatters’ coach lauded the strong showing of goalie Liz Wilburn and defenders Molly Masterson, Victoria Mullen and Kaitlyn Wallace, who turned away 13 of the 15 shots on goal.
The Indians also had 11 penalty corners.
“The HH defense remained intense and able to get the ball out of the circle,” Swezey said.
Wilburn was credited with 11 saves.
Souderton (8-7-1, 4-5-1 SOL) will travel to Central Bucks West on Friday, and Hatboro-Horsham (5-10, 5-7) will be on the road at Upper Dublin on Friday.
