CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 11, COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 5
Central Bucks East traveled to Council Rock North Monday afternoon in a make up game that was rescheduled from last Thursday's game that was postponed due to heavy thunderstorms.
The Patriots offense was led by Ryan Brown four goals, two assists, Ryan Stout followed with three goals, two assists, Ryan Bullota had two goals, one assist, while Ryan Schmidt and Colin Stein chipped in with one goal apiece. Brant Billingsley had two assists while Alec Bracken and Jake Kueny had one assist each. Michael Ott led the defense with eight ground balls, John Galow had three ground balls, Joe Thiroway and Bryan McIntosh each had two ground balls, while Jake Ventresca, Drew Bethke, Hayden Durr, Stein, Brown, Schmidt, and Kueny had one ground ball apiece.
Defensively, Liam Rosenthal had five saves in goal for the Patriots. Galow, McIntosh, and Jake Manion had two caused turnovers, while Thiroway, Schmidt, and Ventresca each were credited with one caused turnover.
Peter Lehman led the Indians with a hat trick while Jack Jogerst and Jack Early both added one goal. Beckett Thompson was credited with an assist.
Defensively, Freddy Germana led the way for the Indians with five ground balls, and Jack Jogerst had four. Contributing two ground balls each were Zach Saifer and Connor Thatcher. Ian Waitkus, Jack Early, Joey Scardino, Max Jogerst and Will Higgins each had one.
With the win, East improved their record to 4-2 (1-0 SOL). The Patriots’ next game is Monday, April 17, at home when they host Neshaminy High School. Council Rock North (2-3, 0-1) will travel to Haverford on Tuesday for a non-league game.

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP 11, ABINGTON 5
The visiting Spartans opened up a 5-2 halftime lead and never looked back on their way to the conference win.
TJ White and Wilson Krewson each scored a pair of goals. Contributing single goals were Nick deQuevedo, Paul Richardson, Zach Coppol, Cameron Callands and Brian Mainenshein.
Springfield (5-1, 1-1 SOL) will host Archbishop Ryan in a non-league game Tuesday, and Abington (0-6, 0-2) is off until Monday when the Ghosts will travel to New Hope-Solebury.

UPPER MORELAND 14, POTTSGROVE 2
Matt Sippel scored five goals and assisted on another, and Brendan Costello had four goals and a pair of assists to lead the Golden Bears to the convincing non-league win Monday.
The Bears led 3-1 after one quarter and took a 6-2 lead into halftime. They did not allow a goal in the second half.
Upper Moreland (2-2, 1-0 SOL) is off until next Tuesday when the Golden Bears will host Plymouth Whitemarsh.

NORTH PENN 9, WISSAHICKON 7
The Knights opened up a 3-1 lead after one quarter and still led by two at the intermission, 6-4. They took an 8-5 lead into the final quarter on their way to the non-league win.
Nick Keim’s hat trick led the Knights while Eric Diamond added two goals. Nic Conroy and Tanner Nelson both contributed one goal and one assist, and Max Lehrman had one goal. Reece Udinski and Laughlin both chipped in an assist.
North Penn (4-1, 1-0 SOL) will travel to Shipley School for a non-league game on Thursday, and Wissahickon (2-5, 1-0) is off until next Tuesday when the Trojans will host Quakertown.
